- Valid CNIC (or NICOP/POC for buyers based abroad), NTN for tax filer status, banking-channel proof of funds, and society-specific transfer paperwork. We walk you through all of it before you commit.

- Can I check a specific plot I found elsewhere?

- Do you handle files and pre-NOC bookings?
- We handle files and bookings only in schemes with credible track record. We actively advise clients away from pre-launch or unapproved society speculation — the downside is rarely worth the upside.
- Do you support buyers based abroad?
