Can you manage the tenancy after handover?
Yes — our Property Management service handles rent collection, routine maintenance, inspections, and tenant issues on the landlord's behalf. It is especially useful for overseas owners.
How is tenant screening done?
CNIC verification, employment or business proof, references from previous landlord or employer, and a face-to-face meeting. We take background seriously because tenant quality defines the tenancy experience.
What is the rental commission?
Standard market practice: typically equivalent to one month's rent split between landlord and tenant, paid on lease signing. Exact terms are shared upfront before any viewing is arranged.
Do you handle commercial rentals?
Yes — offices, shops, and commercial spaces in society commercial zones. Leases are documented with clauses for business-specific scenarios.
How quickly can a property be rented?
Priced correctly, most units in our focus societies find a tenant within 2–6 weeks. Condition, location, and price realism are the three biggest factors.
