- How long does it take to sell?
- Priced realistically, most plots in our focus societies close within 30–90 days. Houses and commercial property can take longer depending on condition and market appetite. We will share an honest timeline during valuation.
- Do I pay anything upfront?
- No upfront listing fee. Commission is payable only on a successful sale, at standard market rates that we declare before listing.
- Can you sell property on behalf of overseas owners?
- Yes — with a properly notarised and attested Power of Attorney to a trusted representative or to our firm, we can list, negotiate and complete transfers without the owner flying in.
- Do you handle document work and transfers?
- Yes. Society transfer letters, original allotment paperwork, challans, tax certificates, and banking-channel payment coordination are all part of the service.
- What if my property isn't in DHA, Bahria, or Park View City?
- We still sell property across Islamabad and Rawalpindi beyond our three focus societies — let us know the location and we will advise honestly on whether we are the right fit.
