Property management — common questions
- What is the management fee?
- Management fee is a fixed percentage of monthly rent, in line with market practice, stated in writing before you sign. Exact percentage depends on property type, occupancy status, and scope additions (e.g. intensive maintenance).
- Do you handle vacant properties too?
- Yes. For vacant units we source and screen tenants, and until rented we handle inspections, basic upkeep, utility coordination, and security checks on an agreed schedule.
- How do you collect and transfer rent?
- Rent is collected via banking channel (bank transfer or cheque). We never encourage cash rent. Funds are transferred to the owner's designated account on the agreed date each month.
- What if there's a tenant dispute?
- We intervene first — usually issues like late rent, minor repairs, or neighbour disputes are resolved quickly. For serious cases we coordinate with legal advisors. Every interaction is logged in writing.
- Can I cancel the management agreement?
- Yes — with the written notice period specified in the agreement (typically 30 or 60 days). On exit we hand over keys, tenant paperwork, inspection reports, and financial records cleanly.
- Do you manage properties outside DHA, Bahria, PVC?
- Our deepest coverage is in those societies, but we also manage selected properties elsewhere in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Let us know the address and we'll confirm fit.
