Construction — common questions

Do you work on grey only, or do you insist on turnkey?
Both. Some clients prefer grey structure only and bring their own finishing contractor; others want turnkey for single-point responsibility. We quote both cleanly and let you decide.
How is material quality controlled?
We specify brand and grade in writing at quotation stage — cement, steel, tiles, sanitary, electrical — and keep delivery challans on file. On-site quality checks happen at each pour and each finishing stage.
How often will I see updates on my construction?
Weekly photo updates and short site videos via WhatsApp, plus a monthly progress summary. Overseas clients get longer video walk-throughs by agreement.
Do you design houses too, or only build?
We offer architectural and map design services — including CDA/RDA approval support and 3D visualisation. You can engage us end-to-end or bring your own architect.
How is your pricing structured?
Grey structure and finishing are priced per square foot of covered area, with brand/grade of key materials defined in writing. Turnkey is a single rate-per-sqft with a fixed inclusion list. Renovation is itemised.
How long does a 10-marla house typically take?
Grey structure for a typical 10-marla double-storey home runs 4–6 months; turnkey completion is usually 8–12 months depending on finishing tier and weather. Exact timeline is part of your written quotation.
