Independent Verification
Before you commit — verify on the ground
Overseas Pakistanis and remote investors shouldn't have to trust a seller's word. We visit the plot, house or project, check the reality, and send you a field report — independently.
What we verify
We are not the seller. We visit on your behalf, check what can be checked, and tell you what we see.
- Plot location, boundary, and access road (physically walked)
- Neighbourhood context — under-development, occupied, or unclear
- Visible condition of a house or project under construction
- Basic paperwork review (allotment, transfer, challans — where shared)
- Society/authority NOC status confirmed via official sources
- Short on-site video with commentary
- Photo album of key details (boundary wall, corner pegs, condition)
- Plain-language written field note with honest red/green flags
How we work
A clear, 3–5 day turnaround
- 01
Share the details
Plot number, society, phase, and any paperwork the seller has shared. We'll confirm scope and fee.
- 02
We visit the site
Physical visit — not a drive-by. We walk the plot, take dated photos, and shoot a commentary video.
- 03
Paperwork cross-check
We verify the plot number and block against society records, and cross-check any shared documents.
- 04
Field report to you
Photos, video, and a written summary with honest findings — good or bad. Delivered via email or drive link.
Why clients trust our verification
We don't represent the seller
Our report is for you. We have no financial interest in you completing the purchase.
Real photos, dated
Every verification includes timestamped photos from the site — not stock imagery or marketing shots.
Plain-language findings
Our field note spells out the good and the concerning. No jargon, no filler, no covering up.

FAQs
Verification — common questions
- How much does a verification cost?
- Fees depend on location and scope — a simple plot check in DHA/Bahria/PVC Islamabad is a fixed modest fee; farmhouse or commercial project verifications are quoted on request. We share the fee before you commit.
- How quickly can you verify a plot?
- Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days from confirmation. Urgent cases in our focus societies can often be done within 48 hours.
- Do you verify unapproved or pre-launch societies?
- We can visit the claimed site and report what we see on the ground, but we strongly advise clients against advance payments on unapproved schemes — and we say so explicitly in the report.
- Can I share the seller's paperwork with you?
- Yes — we review allotment letters, transfer letters, challans, and society/authority NOC references if you share them. If the seller refuses to share paperwork before an advance, that's a red flag in itself.
- Is this the same as a legal or title search?
- No. Our verification is on-ground physical and visible-paperwork level. A full title search through a lawyer is a separate service we can coordinate if needed, especially for high-value purchases.
Don't commit blind
