Architectural design — common questions
- Can I use your design and hire my own contractor?
- Yes — the design deliverables are yours. Many clients take our drawings to any contractor they prefer. If we also build, the design-build integration is seamless; either way, the design is production-ready.
- How long does map approval take?
- CDA/RDA approval timelines vary from 6 to 12 weeks depending on authority workload and query rounds. We handle follow-ups to keep it moving.
- Do you design interiors too?
- We provide interior layouts (kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, false ceiling). For detailed interior design and material styling, we bring in specialist interior designers where needed.
- How is design fee structured?
- Fixed fee per sq ft or flat fee, depending on scope. Fee includes concept iteration rounds and one round of authority query response. Shared before any engagement.
