How we work
A committed renovation process
- 01
Walk-through
Site visit, existing-condition photos, and a room-by-room discussion of what you want changed.
- 02
Itemised quote
Every scope item priced separately — so you know exactly what each change costs.
- 03
Sequenced execution
Work sequenced to avoid rework — demolition, rough-in, finishes, fixtures.
- 04
Handover & defect list
Deep clean, joint walk-through, and a closed defect list before final payment.
Itemised scope
No bundled 'kitchen renovation' line. Each change is listed and priced.
Proper demolition discipline
Dust sheeting, debris removal, and site protection — not a demolished mess left for you.
Photo updates through the work
Especially important for owners not living on-site during renovation.
Warranty where it matters
Waterproofing, major fixtures, and kitchen cabinetry carry a written warranty period.
FAQs
Renovation — common questions
- Can we live in the house during renovation?
- For small-scope work (a single room or bathroom) — yes, with managed dust control. For full-house renovation or major kitchen/bathroom work, most owners prefer to vacate for the affected period to avoid disruption.
- Do you handle design or only execution?
- Both. We can work with your existing design or provide sketch-level design input for kitchen layouts, wardrobes, bathrooms, and colour schemes. For detailed interior design we bring in specialists.
- How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?
- A mid-sized kitchen rebuild typically runs 4–8 weeks depending on cabinet lead times, tile/countertop sourcing, and appliance selection.
- Do you remove and dispose of debris?
- Yes — debris clearance and site cleanup are included in every renovation scope. You won't be left with a dumping problem at the end.
- Can I supply my own appliances and fixtures?
- Absolutely. We'll coordinate installation schedules and document responsibility for supplied items in writing.
