FAQs
Overseas management — common questions
- Can I start management without coming to Pakistan?
- Yes. We onboard entirely remotely — introductory video call, digital agreement signing, and a handover visit with your Pakistan-based representative or, if none is available, with you joining via video call.
- Do I need a Power of Attorney?
- Not for routine management, but a specific and notarised Power of Attorney (attested at the Pakistan High Commission or consulate) is strongly recommended for legal actions, transfers, or signing on your behalf. We'll advise based on your scenario.
- How does rent reach me abroad?
- Rent is transferred to your designated bank account in Pakistan. From there you can remit abroad through standard banking channels or use a Roshan Digital Account for direct international transfer.
- What happens if something breaks at 2 AM Pakistan time?
- Emergency issues (water leak, electrical fault, security) are handled immediately by our maintenance contacts, then documented and communicated to you in the next reporting cycle — you're not woken up in your timezone for routine issues.
- Can you also verify a new property I want to buy?
- Yes — our Independent Property Verification service is designed exactly for this. Many overseas clients start there, then engage us for construction or management after purchase.
- Are you registered for overseas transactions?
- All contracts are Pakistan-law agreements with the owner's NICOP/POC or CNIC attached. Our operations are transparent, banking-channel based, and fully documentable — which is what overseas owners need.
