Our grey structure scope is defined in writing before you sign — no ambiguity on inclusions or brand-grade of materials.
- Site preparation, layout and foundation work
- RCC columns, beams, slabs with specified concrete grade
- Brick masonry (4.5" and 9" walls) with plaster
- Water tank, septic tank, boundary wall (as applicable)
- Stairs (structural), parapet, and chhajja
- Basic electrical and plumbing conduiting (no fixtures)

- What is grey structure exactly?
- Grey structure is the complete structural shell of a house — foundation, RCC columns and slabs, brick walls, plaster, water/septic tanks, and basic conduiting. It does NOT include finishing items like flooring, paint, electrical fixtures, sanitary fittings, kitchens, doors, or woodwork.
- What materials do you use for grey structure?
- Standard brands include DG Khan / Maple Leaf / Bestway cement; Ittefaq / Mughal steel; A-grade 'awal' bricks. Premium tier uses high-grade concrete mixes and brand-specific steel. Exact brand and grade are written into your contract.
- How long does grey structure take?
- Typical timelines: 5 marla (single storey) — 3 to 4 months; 10 marla (double storey) — 4 to 6 months; 1 kanal (double storey) — 6 to 9 months. Weather and design complexity add variability.
- Can I hire you for grey only and finishing elsewhere?
- Yes. We quote grey and finishing separately if you want to split work between contractors. We still coordinate a clean handover with material receipts and as-built notes so the next contractor has full context.
