    Handover

    Deep clean, final walk-through, defect list closure, and formal key handover.

Turnkey — common questions

How long does a turnkey house take?
Typical timelines from design lock to key handover: 5 marla — 8 to 10 months; 10 marla — 10 to 14 months; 1 kanal — 12 to 18 months. Weather and finish complexity add variance.
Can I change finishes mid-project?
Yes — our contract includes a change-order process. Any variation is quoted in writing before it's executed, so you always know the cost and time impact.
What is NOT included in turnkey?
Government fees (CDA/RDA/map approval fees), utility connection fees, imported high-end fixtures beyond the selected tier, and landscaping beyond basics are usually excluded. Your contract lists exclusions explicitly.
Do you help with interior design and 3D visualisation?
Yes — our Architectural & Design service includes 3D visualisation and interior layouts. You see and approve finishes before any material is ordered.
How is payment structured?
Milestone-based — design approval, grey stages, finishing stages, and handover. No large upfront dump; no unexpected mid-project ask.
